Rounded silver earrings

This pair of earrings was crafted by skilled artisans in the town of Taxco in Mexico. Silver mining in Taxco began way back in the pre-Hispanic period with natives extracting ore for decorative and ritual purposes. Not only has Taxco been declared a National Historical Monument, but it’s also widely regarded as the silver capital of the world. In fact, Taxco has been designated a Magic Town, meaning it has high cultural value.
